SEC-E9 Key Cutting Machine is a powerful key cutting machine.It is available for car,turck,motocycle,house key,dimple & tubular key.And in this article,i will show you step-by-step guide on how to use SEC-E9 to cut Volkswagen Bora Keys.
Step 1:Enter key data of Volkswagen Bora Keys:
Method 1:By select car manufacturer,brand and year.
Click “Automobile” button and select “Volkswagen”–>”Bora”–>”back”–>”2003~[6-6]” to enter key data.
Method 2:Input key blank number
Click “Search” button input “H-U-6-6” and select “silca” “HU66(909)[8]” to enter key data.
You can click “Info” button to see the key is aligned by “Shoulder”
You should use Stopper to help fix the key to correct position when key is aligned by “Shoulder”
Step 2:Two ways to get key numbers of Volkswagen Bora keys in SEC-E9
Method 1:Decoding original key
Press “Decode” button to enter decoding page
Select the most right blue icon as sense key location and “Round off”
Check original key can open cylinder
Use the stopper to help you fix the original key in the correct position
Place a key blank as shown in the below figure.
When cutting laser key,you should put it in the lower storey.
Press “Decode” button to start decoding original key and get the key numbers.
Method 2:By input key number directly
Click “Input” button and input the key numbers you get from other ways,such as cylinder,lishi tool,or InstaCode,etc
Step 3:Cut a New Volkswagen Bora Key
Press “Cut” button to enter cutting page.Select “Nkl-silver” as speed and the most right blue icon as sense key location.
Fix a new key blank on the bottom level of the clamp.Please pay attention to the key postion.
Press “cut” button to start cutting a new key.
Please remember to close the safe cover.
Now cutting starting…wait…
Cutting is done.Open the safe cover.
Clean the clamp & the new key.Take out the new key
Fix the other side of the new key blank on the bottom level of the clamp
After cutting done,try it!
