Select the software language you need English/Chinese
Enter your Username/SN (Serial Number) to login
Login to activate your account and start download software
NOTE:
S/N and password can be found on the device “About” item option.
Power on Xtool X100 key programmer, check S/N and password under “About” item.
The old Version X100+ can still be updated online too.
